User Agreement

This User Agreement outlines the terms that govern your use of our website(s) and the services we offer, including via mobile and tablet applications. By engaging with us, you’re entering into a legally binding contract, so we encourage you to read this agreement carefully. We’re committed to providing you with a seamless and convenient experience, ensuring you receive the highest level of service. Consent
By signing up for an account/subscription or using any of the services, you state that: you agree to I Love Maid TERMS OF USE. Please note that if you are using the, I Love Maid website and services, governed by our TERMS OF USE set forth below and our Privacy Policy, all of which may be amended from time to time incorporated into this agreement. Please read the TERMS OF USE set forth below, as it includes important provisions regarding your use of the website and the services, such as provisions regarding TERM AND TERMINATION, DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, and LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. This agreement, including the TERMS OF USE and privacy policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties as to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, representations, statements, negotiations, understandings, proposals, and undertakings concerning the subject matter of this agreement.
Services
I Love Maid agrees to provide you with one of four different types of services, and you agree to pay the price quote given unless otherwise agreed.
Supplies and Equipment
I Love Maid provides eco-friendly cleaning products and cleaning tools. Please let us know if you need us to use your chemicals and equipment. As a standing policy, our team is under instructions not to use bleach or bleaching agents. Should you require, instruct and provide any bleach or bleaching agent or any other chemical not so approved or supplied by I Love Maid. You do so fully aware that neither I Love Maid management, the team, nor the insurance provider shall be held liable for any harm, damage, or claims arising out of its use. With that said, neither I Love Maid management, nor the team will be held liable for equipment malfunction or property damage resulting from the use of your equipment, supplies, or chemicals.
Additionally, the team will do their best when asked to use your equipment & supplies. Management cannot extend our service love guarantee on the quality of the cleaning provided if we use equipment and supplies other than our own.
Please note: I Love Maid requires electricity and running water to perform our services correctly.
Love Guarantee
NOT FEELING THE LOVE? Contact us, and we will make it right. If you are unsatisfied with your clean, you can request a (reclean) by contacting us within 24 hours of the original clean. We ask that all (reclean). Be scheduled and completed within 48 hours of the (reclean) request.
In addition, the following types of appointments are not eligible for our Love Guarantee: (Items not on our checklists, free cleans, or other recleans). We reserve the right to require additional payment and void our Love Guarantee for future cleans if free (reclean) is requested for an unreasonable amount of time. Please note: If you receive a (reclean), any extra services you add to that (reclean) that were not part of the service checklist and included within your original clean are not part of our Love Guarantee; extras will be billed accordingly.
Cancellations and Reschedules
We understand that life happens, and schedule changes are sometimes unavoidable. Our policy ensures cancellations and rescheduling are handled consistently, giving our customers and teams some predictability. Rescheduling or canceling an appointment can be done by using the cancellation link in your confirmation email or by contacting us.
No Fee – There is no fee if you cancel an appointment 24 hours before the scheduled date and time.
Rescheduling Fee – If you reschedule after 24 hours, you will be charged a $49 rescheduling fee.
Cancellation Fee – If you cancel after 24 hours, you will be charged a $49 cancellation fee.
Missed/Locked-Out Fee – If our team is either turned away at your door or simply unable to gain access to your home upon their arrival, an attempt will be made to contact you for assistance. If you cannot be reached or refuse service, we will instruct the team to cancel the cleaning and move on to the next customer. Such a scenario shall be viewed as a “Lock-out/Missed Appointment.” All Lock-outs and missed appointments are treated as service rendered, and we will not issue any refunds for lock-outs and missed appointments.
Subscription
Subscriptions will be assigned to the email address used at sign-up. You must provide a valid email address at sign-up and maintain a valid email address associated with your subscription. You may change the email address associated with your subscription by calling support services at (646) 854-3663.
Our subscription provides subscribers with the following benefits:
Frequently Cleans: (Standard clean) 25% off every week, 20% off every 2 weeks, or 15% off every 4 weeks.
Clean Upgrades: All upgrades include the same subscription savings on standard, deep, moving cleaning, and extras.
Upgrade Rewards: Free deep clean upgrade after every 3 consecutive cleans.
Annual Clean: Celebrate your yearly anniversary with a free deep clean (extras not included).
The subscription service does not offer a rescheduling option, only cancellations. If a scheduled appointment is canceled, the next recurring appointment will be full-price to bring your home back to the maintenance level.
CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION – ALL SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS FEES ARE PER THE I LOVE MAID CANCELLATION POLICY OUTLINED.
Subscribers may cancel their subscription AT ANY TIME by using the cancellation link in your confirmation email or contacting us via phone or email. SUBSCRIPTIONS MUST BE CANCELED 24 HOURS BEFORE THEIR NEXT RENEWAL DATE TO AVOID AUTO-RENEWAL.

WE AND OUR THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS MAY REQUEST AND RECEIVE FROM YOUR PAYMENT CARD ISSUER UPDATED CARD INFORMATION, INCLUDING UPDATED PAYMENT CARD NUMBERS OR EXPIRATION DATES. IF WE OR OUR THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS RECEIVE UPDATED INFORMATION, WE MAY USE THAT INFORMATION TO PROCESS PAYMENT FOR YOUR APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION. YOUR PAYMENT CARD ISSUER MAY ALLOW YOU TO OPT OUT OF THIS SERVICE. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR PAYMENT CARD ISSUER FOR MORE INFORMATION.
Pricing and Additional Charges
I Love Maid reserves the right to amend its pricing at any time to allow for business-related cost increases. Any pricing change will become effective immediately unless stated otherwise. Any modifications to the existing services will void the original pricing of the existing services. The price of the existing services will be subjected to the new pricing change if your home condition does not fit under our recommended cleans or average home guidelines in sizing. Our service pricing will amend from flat-rate pricing to personalized pricing quote at the competitive rate of $49 per hour for a team of two.
Refunds and Billing
We are committed to meeting our customer’s needs 100% by offering our Love Guarantee. I Love Maid does not offer refunds for services rendered. In agreeing to receive service from I Love Maid, as witnessed by your subsequent request for service, you do so with the understanding:
• That receiving service at a flat-rate or personalized-rate structure established by I Love Maid shall be viewed and billed as simply “time & labor.”
• Once “time & labor” has been extended, neither discounts, credits, or refunds shall be available to you from either I Love Maid or the financial institution through which you have provided payment.
• You authorize and acknowledge I Love Maid’s right to charge your account and card all applicable fees, fines, and penalties as allowed during your account’s servicing.
Safety/Right to Refuse Service
We require a safe and friendly environment for our teams. I Love Maid reserve the right to remove our employees from your home if the home is in extreme condition or feels unsafe or threatened. By using our services, you agree to provide a safe home environment for your team.
• Notifying us; in advance of any fragile items.
• Ensure that any broken glass items or dishes are picked up and placed safely in the trash to create a safe environment.
• Notifying us of pets and, if necessary, placing them in a designated area that would not threaten or harm our teams.
• Removing any biohazards, including, but not limited to, human bodily fluids, animal waste, rodent feces, insects, sharp bio-products, needles, etc.
We ask that you comply. If not, we may direct the team to leave your home at the discretion of management. Our Missed/Lock-Out Cancellation Policy will apply.
Unlock/Open Door
We encourage our customers to leave a set of keys on file to gain entry on the day of service. If you, the customer, leave your door unlocked to allow the team to gain access or give your team permission to leave your door unlocked when leaving your home, I Love Maid, Inc. Will not assume liability for any damages or lost items resulting from your door being left open or pulled in.
Damages and Breakages
I Love Maid trained each team to exercise the utmost care and caution when cleaning; accidents occur from time to time. When damage/breakage occurs, instructions are given to employees to fill out an “Accident Report,” after which point someone from our management staff will contact you. Please be aware: There are times when breakages occur due to “booby-trapped” conditions. These are accidental breakages waiting to happen. Examples would be: pictures not fastened or hung securely, top-heavy items with unstable bases, wobbly objects, and previously damaged or fragile items. In light of such circumstances, I Love Maid cannot take responsibility for accidents resulting from “booby-trapped” conditions. Please Note: Antiques, irreplaceable, one-of-a-kind, and hard-to-find items are not covered. Our insurance carrier’s breakage and loss policy (which means that in the event of damage/breakage, the cost of repair/replacement is not covered or reimbursable). Items of extreme value (monetary or sentimental) should be cleaned by the customer or moved to a safe location on the cleaning day.
Before and After Photos
We reserve the right to take before and after photos on the day of service. These photos; are only used internally to gather data for training workshops and quality control.
Account Management
This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until you or we terminate it.

• You can not create another account if we have already disabled your account unless you have our written permission.
• Credits and discounts are not transferrable between accounts and are not redeemable for cash.
We will deactivate and remove all associated credits and discounts; if we believe that you have breached this Agreement, continued non-compliance will permanently ban the services. If you have any issues, please get in touch with us immediately.
Solicitation of Employees
We invest heavily in training our teams. When hired, I Love Maid employees signs a non-compete agreement barring them from performing any service for any past, present or prospective clients. Those residing within our current service coverage area both during their employment and for a period of one full year following their departure or dismissal. Upon requesting service, all clients agree not to solicit, entice, or influence any current or previous employee still bound by their non-compete agreement. To take care of their service needs, whether directly or indirectly, individually, or through a family member or other person or company, under penalty of a $35,000 finder’s fee assessed against their account, due & payable 30 days from the date of assessment. If you would like to hire, directly or indirectly, one of our current or previous employees who remain contractually obligated to their non-compete agreement, we would be happy to release them from their contract and bill your account a referral fee of $15,000. We consider our employees our most valuable asset and charge accordingly.
Privacy Rights
Your Privacy Matters to us. You now agree that our Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and shall form part of these conditions. By reading our Privacy Policy, you can learn how we handle your information when you use our services. We encourage you to give our Privacy Policy a careful look. By using our Services, you agree that I Love Maid can collect, use, and share your information in a manner consistent with our policy.
Electronic Communications
Communications between you and I Love Maid shall include using electronic means. Whether you visit our website or send us emails or text messages or whether I Love Maid posts notices on their website or communicates with you via email or text message. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from I Love Maid in an electronic form; and agree that all Terms and Conditions, Agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that I Love Maid provides to you electronically. Satisfy any legal requirement such communications would satisfy if they were in writing. The preceding does not affect your non-waivable rights.
Changes to this Agreement
At our sole and absolute discretion, we reserve the right to change, modify, add to, supplement, or delete any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, effective with or without prior notice. Suppose any future changes to this Agreement are unacceptable or cause you to no longer comply with this Agreement. In that case, you must terminate and immediately stop using the I Love Maid services. Your continued use of I Love Maid services following any revision to this Agreement constitutes your complete and irrevocable acceptance of all such changes.
I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY AND AGREE THAT MY USE OF I LOVE MAID SERVICES IS AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF MY AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
